LS Trader: Introducing the brand new LS Helpdesk

At LS Trader we are dedicated to giving the best customer service, and on the 16th January 2009 we launched the brand new helpdesk for LS Trader, which is called LS Helpdesk.  To locate the helpdesk, just go to our main website which is www.LSTrader.co.uk and click on SUPPORT. This will take you directly through to the LS Trader Helpdesk.

When you go to the helpdesk, there is a knowledge database with the most frequently asked questions.  We recommend that if you do have any questions about the LS Trader system, you do browse the helpdesk first of all, before getting in touch with us. If you cannot find your question in the knowledge database, we invite you to contact us at LS Trader. When you visit the helpdesk, you can submit a ticket to us with your question. We normally respond to all enquiries within 1 hour on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday between 9AM to 5PM. We do try and respond to all other enquiries as fast as we can.

The helpdesk is a great addition to the LS Trader system, and it shows that we are committed to providing excellent customer service to LS Trader subscribers. You will always get a ticket number with every enquiry that you submit, and a confirmation email to let you know that your enquiry has been sent to a member of the LS Trader team. This way the enquiry can never be lost, as there are often problems when sending emails.

We always like to improve LS Trader, and always welcome new ideas from members, or just people browsing the site and the blog. If you do have any ideas how we can improve the LS Trader website, or even the LS Trader Blog, please do submit us a ticket at the LS Helpdesk.

Remember if you do want to sign up, you can go through to our sign up page directly by clicking on the link below:

Kind Regards,

Robert Stewart
